About Project

Project “Enhanced capacity of the Vietnam Red Cross at all levels in natural disaster risk management, first aid and health care in emergency situations” was first signed in October 2015. The event marked the first bilateral cooperative relationship of the Vietnam Red Cross with USAID. This is also an important project for the Vietnam Red Cross Society, the first project to implement a 3-in-1 model. It combines 3 components in one program: health care, disaster prevention and organizational development.

The goal of the videos is to support training on the direct Standard Process as well as online training for officers, members, and volunteers of the VRC.  VRS is the Contractor to support VRC to: (i) Coordinate with the Social Work – Integrated Disaster Management Department to develop the contents, and scripts for 02 animation videos; (ii) Produce 02 animation videos introducing the Standard Procedures.
